Humber Bistro was found in Smithfield on Finch Ave. West by Mr. and Mrs. Humber since 1990. The original idea from them is to provide a comfortable place and affordable price to any visitor, especially the students who leave their home. Humber family wants to serve these people’s homelike meals and people can enjoy the relaxing and easygoing atmosphere.

Although Humber Bistro are providing relatively lower price for the meals, we still mainta in our food quality as the best from the farms to your table. We always make sure that cooperated suppliers require providing valid certification for their supplies. Let our customer not worry about the quality of food is our priority.
Our suppliers
Sustainability is also into our priority list, since we believe this is the core of business and the method of helping to our planet. As previously mentioned, most of our suppliers are local farmers, plus they take environmental actions with us to grow their crops organically. It is good for health because of less human-made chemical compound and more eco-friendly to the fields.
Our Coummity Activities
Social responsibility is our mandatory ourselves to contribute what we can do to the local society. For instance, we have had a cooking course for seniors living in long-term care centre. We also plan to cooperate with local third-party groups to start some free courses for teens who have interests in restaurant industry.
